Our clients are actively involved throughout the design and construction journey, working directly with our team and making meaningful decisions along the way. You are never limited to preset packages—your selections are guided by your preferences, budget, building codes, zoning requirements, and any applicable HOA or ARB guidelines.
Personalized Selections & Seamless Coordination
After your floor plan is finalized, you will meet with our designer at trusted design centers and supplier locations to personalize every detail of your home. From plumbing fixtures and flooring to lighting, appliances, cabinetry, and countertops, your options are nearly unlimited. Our team helps coordinate these selections to ensure they align with your vision, budget, and overall design concept.
Throughout the entire process, our leadership team—led by master builder Bruce Atkins and Office Manager and Licensed Realtor Kristy Atkins—provides hands-on oversight, clear communication, and dependable project management.
